    Hello, In WHM there is "Restrict document roots " setting. If you have enable that option then you can able to create addon domains and subdomains outside of a cPanel user's primary domain's WHM >> Home >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings

    Hello, As mentioned in the previous post, the following option is available under the Domains tab in WHM >> Tweak Settings: Restrict document roots to public_html Per the description: Enabling this setting restricts Addon and Sub Domain document root directories to the same document root as an account"s primary domain (~/public_html)
    You'd need to ensure this option is off, and then browse to the "Subdomains" option within cPanel and click the path under the "Document Root" column to make the change. Thank you.
