where's apxs?

Hello guys, i need to install mod_slowloris thats not in easyapache 4, so i need apxs. i cant find apxs nowhere. why its missed? centos 7 WHM 60.0 (build 32)

  Hi, apxs is provided by the apache devel package. yum install ea-apache24-devel

  huh, thanks a lot. looks like yum syntax for httpd-devel has changed o_O
