Cannot create new FTP accounts

Hello, Today, When I go to create a new FTP account on one of my Cpanel accounts, It shows following error: "You have already used your maximum allotment (0) of FTP (File Transfer Protocol) accounts." Can anybody please help me resolve it. Would be a great help. Thank you!

  It is now resolved. It was an issue with some settings on WHM.

  Hello, The message generally suggests the account is not permitted any FTP accounts per it's package settings. I'm happy to see you were able to address the issue. Thank you for updating us with the outcome.
