Hello, First, see if the domain name uses name servers associated with the cPanel server, or with the domain registrar, by reviewing it's name servers on a utility such as IntoDNS.com. Then, edit the MX records for the domain name at the appropriate location (e.g. "cPanel >> MX Entry" if the domain name uses name servers associated with the cPanel server). Documentation on the MX entry option is available at: MX Entry - Documentation - cPanel Documentation If the domain name uses the registrar's name servers and you don't want to change that, then edit the MX records at the registrar to a hostname that resolves to the cPanel server. You'd also want to ensure email clients utilize IMAP instead of POP3, as POP3 results in the removal of the message from the server after it's downloaded unless the client is configured to keep a copy locally: IMAP vs. POP3 - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thanks!

Hi, I'm not sure exactly which section to take a look at as there were many results returned. Am I in any way risking client security if I post a screen-recording of those results so it can be figured out if the name server is associated with the cPanel server or with the registrar?

Hello, I don't recommend posting an actual domain name via an image or otherwise. The following document helps to explain how name servers work on the cPanel environment: How to Set Up Nameservers in a cPanel Environment - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Could you review this document and let us know if it helps? Thank you.
