Allow access without full backup or access

Hey, I want to give users access to certain folders, through cPanel, not FTP - But not allow any way to do a backup or go through any other folders than I want them to through cPanel - Is that possible? It is so some people can work on one folder / site / domain and not be other to get any data from any others Thanks :)
