  Hello, Could you clarify if you are having trouble with cPanel/WHM loading after the restart? Also, ensure you restart the service via the command line using this command:
  /scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd
  If the issue persists, let us know of any specific error messages output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log after the restart attempt. Thank you.
