Error while creating new account in WHM

Account Creation Status: failed (XID p6sz3v) This system already has an account named ....www.mydoamin.com But i can't see it in my List Accounts section. Please guide....

  Hello, Please check this issue with your hosting provider as you have only cPanel Access Level. Your hosting provider will check account configuration files if there is your website name entry.

  Hi, You said that you have issue while creating the account in WHM, so I would like to know whether you own the server and have a root access or you are just a reseller on the shared hosting server? The error clearly suggests that the domain entry already exists on the server, so it has to be removed first and then the domain can be readded.. This particular domain could added as an Addon domain under any account, so you have to check this too.

  Hello, Do you have root access to this system? If so, check to ensure the domain name isn't already added to another account with a command such as:
  /scripts/whoowns $domain
  Otherwise, if you don't have root access, report the issue to your web hosting provider so they can verify if the domain name is already added to the system. Thank you.
