    You should probably speak with your Hosting Provider about this. cPanel doesn't support that plugin in any way.

    Yes Thank you for the reply, I assumed that would be my answer. Unfortunately My Hosting Provider is not extremely responsive with issues of this nature. However if any one out there has any experience with the Zamfoo plugin please give me some insight. This is my first time using it. and I have noticed various Bugs with the plugin, another question is under normal configuration, should the DNS zone file for my Primary WHM account be under the ownership of my account, or Root? Thank You.

    That depends on how the Server Administrator has things setup. I've never heard anything good about that plugin. You might do better to find a legit Reseller plan from a preferred cPanel Partner that offers proper support. There's a tool for that, here: cPanel Hosting Partner Directory GL!
