Paper Lantern Retro Style Issue

Why Paper Lantern Retro Style is Left side to /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend and move the paper_lantern folder out of the way. Then run /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp --force This should then download a new paper_lantern theme from our update servers. but its not fix please help me thanks

  You might try clearing your browser cache or use another browser just to rule out browser issues for this.
