Bug in Mailman version 2.1.11.cp3
and after that, the problem changed to 500 server error... so I prob just made it worse... Looking around for the error logs i found this:
(xx.xx.xx.xx to hide my ip) Any ideas?

Are you running PHP as mod_ruid2 ? If so, then that is likely the problem. MailMan is only accessible from within cPanel interface when running as mod_ruid2 0 -
This is by easyapache4 profile (mod_ruid2 is present) Current Profile The currently installed packages on the server. Apache 2.4 config config-runtime mod_bwlimited mod_cgi mod_deflate mod_expires mod_headers mod_mpm_prefork mod_proxy mod_proxy_fcgi mod_proxy_http mod_ruid2 mod_security2 mod_ssl mod_unique_id tools 0 -
