Accessing PHPMyAdmin After cPanel Expiration?

If my Cpanel license expires can I still access PHPMyAdmin (if so what URL?) or do I need to install a standalone copy?

  The cPanel interface is not accessible, but your website stays online I believe. A standalone install of phpMyAdmin should work. Still it's an odd question, why are you asking? I'm curious. :)
