    Hello, Do you still have access to the old server? If so, it's likely a better idea to use a third-party utility such as ImapSync to manually import the emails: GitHub - imapsync/imapsync You'd want to first remove the emails you've already uploaded to the cPanel server. Thank you.

    Unfortunelly, I have not access to the old server anymore, only the backup.

    Hello, You can try repairing the permissions on the email files you uploaded with a command such as:
    /scripts/mailperm $username
