Client can't login to webmail
1 client can't login to webmail. When he goes to cpanel>Email accounts>More>Access Webmail he is prompted to enter Old password and new password. When I try to login I login fine and it doesn't ask me to enter new password, how is that possible?
He can't enter webmail with any way that we tried (clearing cache, cookes, new browser, I restarted all services from whm and still same)

Ask him to clear his browser cache, login to cPanel (assuming he can login) and go to Email Accounts > Password, and reset the password to see if that helps.0 -
