Client can't login to webmail

    client can't login to webmail. When he goes to cpanel>Email accounts>More>Access Webmail he is prompted to enter Old password and new password.

    Ask him to clear his browser cache, login to cPanel (assuming he can login) and go to Email Accounts > Password, and reset the password to see if that helps.
