AutoSSL On cPanel Account With Domain Name of Server

Hi... Consider: VPS with name vps.example.com One account is named example.com (I use it to host some maintenance/billing stuff) Is there an issue with AutoSSL being enabled on this account, or will it interfere with the vps.example.com domain in some way. Thank you very much.... /ljj
