Errors accessing File Manager on one account

I have similar error with two more errors as shown in the screenshot. I have got three accounts in my cPanel, the other two works fine, I can access file manager section. The one with error wouldn't allow me to go past the errors. Can you please assist what could be the issue? have ran I have ran ls -l /etc/mtab command, here is the results: -rw-r--r--. 1 root root 401 Aug 16 17:45 /etc/mtab Your help is much appreciated :) Thanks

  Is this error just when you're accessing the File Manager as you mentioned?
