SpamAssassin isn't doing anything
I have verified SpamAssassin is enabled via Cpanel with a score of 5 or higher. Meanwhile one of our email accounts is full of spam, so it obviously isn't working. We are running a VPS with WHM 60 (Build 35).
In WHM Exim Config Manager "Apache SpamAssassin" reject spam score threshold" is set to "No reject rule by spam score (default)... Does Cpanel override this?

Hello, Could you let us know the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for a SPAM message that wasn't detected as SPAM by SpamAssassin? You can search for the message using a command such as: exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
Replace MSGID with the message ID, found in the message header of the SPAM message. Thank you.0
