hello how to install theme x3 for cPanel 11.60 ? please help me for install x3 theme to cPanel thanks

  You'll need to use the retro style for Paper Lantern. You can do that from the Change Style option in the Preferences section of your cPanel.

  Unless you're speaking about the Paper Lantern Retro style, using an old x3 style is not suggested, supported, or even a good idea.
