Cpanel keeps blocking my IP address

Hello team, my Cpanel and also my site connected to Wordpress keeps blocking all the time, sometimes it works fine and I can access but after 10 to 15 minutes it drops the connection and it says my IP has been blocked. I've tried this on different computers but issue persist. Can you tel me what can I do from the Cpanel to fix this? I am currently using VPN connections to get access from another locations but I always get blocked.

  Hello, Are you referring to access to the website itself, or access to cPanel? Do you have root access to the system, or is this a shared hosting account? Thank you.

  I have the same problem. Look like my email login has problem, but check through it with the required setting and couldn't find any problem. I can receive and send email before cpanel block my IP. I can also send and receive email using my mobile hotspot without problem, why? please help! My web hosting technical support is really nasty and not helping at all! Thanks Stan
