Upgrade to PHP version 7.1.1

Cannot Upgrade to PHP version 7.1.1, yum update are not update PHP. I get one email about EasyApache 24 January 2017 Maintenance Release, all PHP 7.1 users to upgrade to version 7.1.1.

  Hello, My apologies, that email was meant to be rescheduled for today. We had a bug we found yesterday in our production branches, and we needed to hold off a day to get our new packages built. We'll be releasing these RPMs today. Sorry for the confusion!
