Sending Email From Outlook Issue

I have VPS that installed WHM and CPanel One of my client try to send emails using Outlook with format of outlook, that have single quotation around the emails. when my client send email, they emails not send due syntax error on VPS and after this their IP address ban by VPS Firewall With remove ' syntax, problem fix. but my client not be must to fix this issue any time that want to send email just using outlook How i can fix issue that my VPS accept emails with this format ? 'Name Family' ; 'test@test.com'; 'SAMPLE@GMAIL.COM'; 'fortest@test.com';

  He's typing in the email address to Outlook, and adding the quotes to the actual email address? Why would he need to do that?

  No they just copy paste emails from outlook or excel (that copied from outlook)

  I'm unclear on your reply. You can't add single quotes to an email address, it's not part of the email address.

  Hi, He's only need to copy paste emails from outlook and add the quotes.

  Hello, You'd need to look into an Outlook script or plugin that can remove the quotes. Otherwise, Exim won't detect it as a valid email account. Thank you.
