/usr/local/cpanel/bin/tail-check: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/524/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib/x86_64-linux-64int/auto/CDB_File/CDB_File.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Hello, You can verify that file exists with a command such as:
    stat /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/524/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib/x86_64-linux-64int/auto/CDB_File/CDB_File.so
If it doesn't exist, try forcing a cPanel update via "/scripts/upcp --force" and let us know if the issue persists. Otherwise, I recommend opening a support ticket using the link in my signature if your cPanel service is still down so we can more quickly determine the cause of the problem and ensure cPanel is working again. You can post the ticket number here and I will make sure this thread is updated with the outcome. Thank you.

Hello, To update, it looks like the issue was related to a cPanel update that stopped in the middle of the update process. The next cPanel update completed successfully and resolved the issue. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for posting this, i had the same error and issue, so i ran the "/scripts/upcp --force" command mentioned above and everything completed successfully. Do i need to restart the server, i noticed that the jobs all restarted in the log?
