Hello, The issue you have reported is documented at: SSL FAQ and Troubleshooting - Documentation - cPanel Documentation. There's a similar thread at: HTTPS Links for Sites Without AutoSSL Redirecting to Site With AutoSSL? Note that since you do not have root access to the server, you may want to reach out to your web hosting provider to see if they plan to offer free signed certificates via the AutoSSL feature. Thank you.

Thank you. However, from when I created my site ( in October ) to yesterday, I never had this problem. It only appeared yesterday when I tried to update my existing certificate?

Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, you may want to contact your web hosting provider for additional assistance. It's possible your provider recently updated to a version of cPanel that includes the AutoSSL feature, and thus a certificate was installed for all domain names on the server. Thank you.
