cPanel Service Stopped

i don't know why my cpanel/whm down maybe for bad update when i run "service cpanel restart" OS say :

when i run "systemctl status cpanel.service" result is :

then i think RPM package corrupt i rum "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix" but result is :

any one can help me to fix this ?
