    Hello, You should not retain more than one daily backup archives if you have configured backup retention to "1". This suggests pruning is failing because the backup process is failing for one or more accounts. Do you notice any error messages in the backup logs stored within the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ directory? Thank you.
