    Hi, thanks for your reply, please check this photo! by missing my emails that's what i meant. i believe i should have more than 87mails in my inbox, but it shows 87 and the old emails are no more there :(

    Yup, There are 2 other people with access to this email as it is Company email.

    Hello, If the other users are downloading the emails via POP3, and they have not configured their email clients to leave a copy of the message on the server, then it's normal for those messages to be removed from the server. Ensure the other email users configure their email clients with IMAP to prevent this from happening. Thank you.

    Were you able to verify all users with access to the email account are using IMAP and not POP3? Thank you.
