all emails disappeared from my cpanel by the way i change files ownership in server root / also i can't create new emails i get this message Sorry, you do not have access to the domain 'domain.com'

  if you have changed the ownership to root then obviously you will not be able to navigate through any of the emails ... you need to change the ownership back to what it was before.
