The problem was indeed with CageFS. I tried disabling CageFS via SSH, re-installed the applications and re-enabled CageFS and everything works. However, I wouldn't really want to do that in a production environment. So how can I make sure it won't happen again? Have I misconfigured something?

Hello, I'm unable to reproduce this issue on CloudLinux 7.3 and cPanel version 62.0.9 with CageFS enabled. I browsed to "WHM >> Manage Plugins", enabled ClamAV and Munin, and allowed the installation to complete. Upon refreshing WHM in my web browser, both options were listed under "WHM >> Manage Plugins". Are you able to reproduce this issue on any additional systems? Thank you.

Hey, Just experienced this also. CentOS 6.8 WHM 62.0.10. I personally think I didn't wait long enough for the installation to complete before I left the page, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it was in WHM after that.

Did you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happened? Are you able to reproduce the issue on the system, or was this a one-time occurrence? Thank you.

Hi cPanelMichael, I had a look through the log and couldn't see anything for Munin. I recall rebooting my VPS after the issue to see if that helped before reinstalling Munin so maybe that did the trick for my particular issue (OP might've found a different solution). I just reinstalled Munin to see if I could reproduce the error but I haven't been able to. Some curious lines in the log attached but it looks like it all went smoothly and I'd say it was a once off when it failed for me. @AvacadoLogic, could you try restarting your server and uninstalling/reinstalling Munin?

Hello Matt, Regarding "User 'munin' already exists" warnings in the log file you attached, those are normal messages that you can safely ignore. They appear if Munin was previously installed on the system. Thank you.
