Apache Crashes during account transfer
I am transfer account between servers, after selecting even just a few accounts, the copying over is fine, but as soon as the first restore starts, apache crashes and does not start working again until the last restore is done.
I am runningWHM 62.0 (build 8) on both servers. First I thought that was the issue, because the old server was still running WHM 60
Anyone seen this or have a fix?
It starts when this happens during the restore...

Hmm, it looks like a few transfers didn't go properly. I had started a bunch then when I couldn't get apache running again, I aborted. There were like 5 that just coudln't get past those errors, so I transferred them again. It sees to be better now. 0 -

Hello, I'm happy to see the issue is now resolved. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. Note that I've seen the error message you reported happen in cases where there were invalid CustomLog entries within custom template files under the /var/cpanel/templates/apache2_4 directory. Do you have any custom template files under that directory? Thank you.0
