Limit cPanel update to certain times of the day

We noticed high load from cPanel update that made the server unusable. We would like to restrict future updates to certain times of the day, in particular night time EAT when activity on the server is less. How can we set particular time for cPanel update?

  Changing settings for command 'upcp' on Configure cPanel Cron Jobs solves the problem.
