Hello @Alex C, I recommend transferring the accounts to the new dedicated server before setting up the cluster. Once the accounts are transferred, you can then add each DNS-Only server to the cluster via the "WHM >> DNS Cluster" option on the hosting server. At this point, you can update the name server IP addresses for NS1, NS2, NS3, NS4 at the domain registrar of domain.tld, and then update the "A" records for those entries via "WHM >> Edit DNS Zone" on the hosting server. Note that you may also find the "Minimize your downtime" tab on the following document helpful: cPanel Migration Services and Guides - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

Wanted to give an update on this. Just finished the transfer of all of the accounts. I did it exactly as @cPanelMichael described and it turned out fantastic. Websites copied over and nameservers switched without an issue. Once everything was switched, it still pointed to the old server so I simply changed all the IP's via "Change Multiple Sites IP Addresses" and it pointed everything back to new server. My nameservers didn't sync at first because I selected "Standalone", after changing them to "Synchronize" and Synchronizing the DNS records, it was copied across all of the servers. Only thing that I had to deal with was my WHMCS software that I need to reissue a license for and configure a few PHP settings. Thanks for the help @cPanelMichael ~
