Error Installatron is temporarily disabled

I can't install any applications through installtron. They all give me this error and tell me to contact an administrator. Anyone know how to fix this?

  Hello, Check the IP address on the license matches the server's public-facing IP address. You need to contact to your hosting provider to check this.
