Spammer using server to send out spam email

Spammers using server to send out spam email. I adjusted settings to block most of the outgoing emails. Now the emails are still going out but are to and from the same ip address root@ip.secureserver.net(sender) and to info@ip.secureserver.net(recipient). It looks like the program is using default sender and recipient to continue to use my server. And an email is sent every 5 minutes around the clock. Is there anyway to stop this program all together. I was thinking changing the ip address might solve the problem. My server is down most of the time because of the drain of resources and I have to restart Http apache over and over.

  Hello, You may also want to search for one of the messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog to get a better idea of where the messages are coming from. EX:
  exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
