EasyApache 4 EA-3991 clarification needed

Hello, I've tried searching for any information for the Case ID EA-3991 which comes into play when migrating from EasyApache 3 to 4 but I can't seem to find any information outside of a single link back to the referencing article

  I do believe it is for custom Apache setting for users Modify Virtualhost Containers With Include Files - EasyApache - cPanel Documentation I can confirm that Migrating to EA4 the custom setting had to set up manually

  Hello, Internal case EA-3991 relates to the conversion of Apache userdata found under the /usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/{ssl,std} directories. You can review the contents of those directories to see if any custom configuration files are added, so that you know if any manual steps are required to enable those customizations after the conversion to EasyApache 4.
