Block email addresses

I know I can't block emails in webmail. How can I block an email through my CPanel? Thanks.

  In the Email section of cPanel, click on Apache SpamAssassin. Enable SpamAssassin, then click the Configure SpamAssassin button. Scroll down to the blacklist, and enter the email address(es) you want to block there in the blacklist. There are instructions there for blocking an entire domain, etc.
