Let's Encrypt Problem Domain

Hi I have a problem trying to install an encryption certificate. Test from WHM panel and the panel of one of the accounts with the domain.com: 2083 i.imgur.com/10RYzaW.png i.imgur.com/lh6jgea.png I was browsing the forum but I did not find any solution.

  Hello, Could you verify if a custom NAT configuration is utilized on this system? If so, ensure to review the documentation at: 1:1 NAT - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Also, could you verify if any of the addon or subdomains added to this account are assigned an IP address that's different than the IP address assigned to the account in cPanel/WHM?
