    No, the customer created a ticket for this issue. They told him this: It seems like your server do not know how to render those woff2 font icon, can you pass following screenshot and the reference link to your webhosting provider regarding this and see how it goes?     Hi infopro Thanks for your help. The problem was the .htaccess file. There was some entries which blocked the icons.
