Can you disable PHP/CGI features on Feature Manager?

I would like to be able to offer file hosting and email hosting only, no PHP or any other programming language support on hosted accounts. When using EasyApache4 is is it possible to create a 'Feature List' in "Feature Manager" that will disable everything but strict plain file server in apache for that package/domain/account only?

  If you want to offer file hosting, then there is absolutely no need of Cpanel. For email hosting you can use cpanel by disabling apache service

  There are no native features that will disable the parsing of all files on accounts assigned a specific feature list, however could setup a reseller account and ensure accounts created under that reseller are assigned a specific IP address by following the instructions at: Manage Reseller's Shared IP - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Then, browse to "WHM >> Apache Configuration >> Reserved IP Address Editor" and select "Reserved" next to the IP address assigned to the reseller. This option configures Apache to ignore HTTP requests on the selected IP addresses. Thank you.
