Deny access unauthorized domain

Hello, sorry if i have posted in wrong section. I'm desperate. I have one unauthorized domain that point to my webserver. This domain is an exact copy of my website. I need to deny access to my werbserver at all domain except mine. I have tried several solutions on this forum but doesn't work. I have read this documentation: Access Control - Apache HTTP Server Version 2.2 without any success. I'm not a skilled user and i need some tips for fix this problem. I run my website on WHM/cpanel on centos 6 and i have root access.

  This domain is pointed at your website how exactly, he's using your nameservers?
