Hello, Could you post the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for one of the affected messages? EX:
exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
Thank you.

My address is altini@example.al. These CP Hulk emails are sent to an alias backbone1@example.al and my address and elis.koci@example.al are members of this alias. Elis.koci has no issues.

I haven't created any filters for incoming spam like the logs are stating:
/home/example/mail/example.al/altini/ (altini@example.al, backbone1@example.al) R=virtual_user_filter T=address_directory

Since the Route is indicating as ( R=virtual_user_filter) it's an email account level filter, please check the path /home/example/etc/example.al/(filtername) to identify it or via the cpanel email filters . Either way an email level filtering is triggering here.

I have already deleted the account, and did setup a new one. There are no email filters created for the account. It's just a newly account. Also the path /home/example/etc/example.al/altini is empty. Is there any way to look any more deep for these filters?

Hello, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

I'm having the identical issue on my domain. Did you find a resolution to this problem?

Hello, This turned out to be an issue with a local email client filtering the messages, as opposed to the server or cPanel filtering the message. Try changing the password to the email account and testing with individual email clients to determine which one is filtering the message. Thank you.
