Easyapache4 Fatal Error when opened

Greetings guys, I'm new here and about to post a problem occur when I open easyapache4 in whm. My purpose is to enable several php extensions like iconv, and intl but when I try to open the easyapache4 I got this Fatal Error message. A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive. 45111 [LIST]

CENTOS 6.8 x86_64 kvm " host [LIST]

WHM 62.0 (build 10) Please assist, Thanks in advance

  Hello, Could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

  Hi, You most likely need to update your yum cache. 'yum update' from the command line of your server should fix this.

  45163 This is last block of logs when I opened the easyapache 4 in WHM. Thanks for the reply.
