Phantom email

When I log into WHM and surf to cpanel for one of my clients I have a weird issue. Going into email account, the default account shows 68.21MB of data. However when I access that webmail there noting at all in any mail box. Further When I SSH in and go to the mail folder for that account, all of thr subfolders are empty new, cur, tmp, etc). Whats going on and how do I resolve this?

  Hello, You can try updating the maildirsize files for the account with a command such as:
  /scripts/generate_maildirsize -confirm $username
