phpMyAdmin - Not loading after update

Hi, We have faced with this issue today. Disabling of "PHP-FPM service for cPanel Daemons" helped. The error log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/php-fpm/error.log contained the following: [14-Feb-2017 10:50:16] ERROR: Unable to create the PID file (/var/run/cpanel_php_fpm.pid).: Too many open files (24) I assume that if we increase rlimit in /usr/local/cpanel/etc/php-fpm.conf it should help but not sure, will keep php-fpm disabled so far.
