How to contact cPanel support?

After a quota problem WHM and cPanel services went down on production server while websites and ssh still working. With the WHM and email down I cannot log a support ticket or create an account at cpanel support. The problem is as follows but how can I get some support please (I am still busy after 19 hours and tried anything from upcp --force, reinstall yum and perl etc etc) root@venus [/]# /etc/init.d/cpanel restart Stopping tailwatchd: Undefined subroutine &Cpanel::Env::clean_env called at /usr/local/cpanel/libexec/tailwatchd line 18.   Hi Frank, You can submit a ticket here cPanel Customer Portal If you don't have your support access information, you can open a ticket with customer service instead. They will be able to help you find it and transition your ticket to support. About Us | cPanel, Inc.

  Problem is I need access to my email accounts to create a support account or get a reply from customer service. cry cry hehe
