Server cpanel email to admin rejected
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
admin@server.info
(generated from root@venus.server.info)
The mail server could not deliver mail to admin@server.info. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
This started to happen after cPanel techs fixed the cPanel installation that went south and after checked a lot of googled results and test whatever I can, the problem persist.
- admin@server.info is the main admin account. cPanel, Server, Nobody etc send to this email address
- The MX records is correct
- The dns records is correct
- The domain or email is not blacklisted
- Found issues with primary DNS Resolver but nr 2 and 3 is correct, problem persist after changed primary resolver
Email send to admin@server.info get's delivered and it seems only email generated from root or cPanel are rejected.
Any ideas what I can test or do please?
