    Hello, The custom configuration in the first URL is unsupported. Try removing those custom entries, and enabling either "Scan outgoing messages for spam and reject based on the Apache SpamAssassin" internal spam_score setting" or "Scan outgoing messages for spam and reject based on defined Apache SpamAssassin" score" in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager".
