403 Forbidden and Permission denied

Greetings! I was uploading a .zip file to my website, after it was finished with the upload I returned to my home directory and everything looks like this (.htaccess is also missing for some reason): 45159 I checked the error log and it showed this

While in File Manager, there's a Settings menu, top right corner with an option to "Show Hidden Files" If you select that your .htaccess file may be viewable. Although I suspect it's already enabled. You might want to speak with your Hosting Provider about the issue with files. Just uploading a zip file wouldn't make a mess like that. If you unpacked something from that zip that was malicious, maybe.

Its a clean permissions issue and look like you have unzipped a cpanel backup file ? There is a script which fixes the permissions for the files. Your hosting provider should help you out with it.
