Transfer Tool: how to disable subdomains import

Hello, it's my first time whit Transfert tools. i have to migrate two site from plesk to whm. the first site was transfered successfully, but the second make me crazy. the probleme is when whm transfert sites, he also import subdomaines even if they heve the same documentroot of the parent domaine, and try to copy them in /home/cpaneluser/subdomains/subdomain.domain.tld . i my case, i have in plesk img1.domain.tld, img2.domain.tld both point in my httpdocs in plesk, and the whm transfert tools try to create thrice folder with the same content. but i don't have disk space in my whm server. so there's a way to disable plesk subdomains import please ? Thanks.

  Hello, Internal case CPANEL-10375 is open to address an issue where if subdomains all use the same document root on the Plesk server, then cPanel creates duplicate files for each subdomain during the transfer process. I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case as it becomes available. In the meantime, you can add the "--skipdocroots" flag to the pkgacct-pXa command when manually packaging the account on the source server using the instructions on the following thread: How to manually migrate from Plesk, Ensim, or DirectAdmin You'd then manually rsync the data over to the cPanel server. Or, since this is a transfer from a supported control panel, you can open a support ticket and our migration team can help complete this transfer for you. Thank you.

  Hello, thanks for reply. i did migration with rsync. But it will be so good if in migration tools we can select wich subdomains we want to migrate. maybe a new feature of this great tool. Thanks you.
