Sent emails is going to spam folder...

I bought a few days ago a domain
I need a domain to have a personal email to use on my design company...
I received my username and password and passed on to create an email... However the fisrt email test I sent was right to spam inbox of the other receiver...
How can I get in touch with Cpanel technical support?
