Sent emails is going to spam folder...

Hello! I bought a few days ago a domain I need a domain to have a personal email to use on my design company... I received my username and password and passed on to create an email... However the fisrt email test I sent was right to spam inbox of the other receiver... How can I get in touch with Cpanel technical support? thanks...

  Hello, The following document is a good place to start: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation However, some of those settings require root access to the server. If you don't have root access, then you'll need to contact your web hosting provider for additional assistance. Thanks!

  DKIM and SPF are already enabled. Ok, I see... I will contact them, and see how where it goes. thanks in advance
